Postage

  • All orders will be sent 1st or 2nd class signed for
  • Under 2kg 1st class £6.67 2nd class £4.30
  • Over between 2-20kg 1st class £9.90 2nd class £5.83 (please contact to discuss prior to placing your order
  • UK Postage Only

International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery Times

Everything at Somerset Chocolate o is carefully handmade to order, therefore standard postage times are 3-5 working days to dispatch, however we always aim for this to be sooner where possible.

If your order is required for a specific date, please consider our delivery times, and if needed sooner please contact us to discuss the availability.  

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, or Parcel Force.


Missed Delivery:

Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by Royal Mail to let you know how you can collect the parcel or how to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
